Language Through Culture
This workshop immerses intermediate Spanish learners in the language of a tourism context, visiting Oaxaca during its celebrated Día de Muertos festivities. Participants develop conversational skills alongside listening, reading, writing, and grammar through a flipped classroom methodology.
The cultural heart of the course is the Día de Muertos — one of Mexico's most profound and visually stunning traditions. Students will engage with authentic materials, vocabulary, and conversations rooted in this rich celebration.

- Availability for homework outside
