Since 2005, the Faculty of Higher Education (FES) Acatlán offers this degree in the Open University System to bring vocational training to a population that can't disassociate from their daily activities to attend a face-to-face system, but that has time for independent study.

We invite you to explore this site where you will find more information about LICEL in its distance mode. In particular, we encourage you to carefully review the "Entry Requirements" as the Curriculum of this Bachelor establishes that the applicant must master any of the mentioned languages from the time of entry.
